WOW!! Great price on your course. What are the cost in relation to getting everything up and running? Like lead generation, VA, 800 numbers and so on. I just need a rough estimate.

Thanks for the input! Getting set up with your “virtual” wholesaling business isn’t as expensive as you might think.

Cost for lead generation can vary wildly (depending on your lead source) from as little as .10 cents per lead to as much as 1.00 per lead. It will depend on the market you want to invest in, how accessible the data is from competitive list providers, etc

VAs – I use the VAs from EasyVirtualAssistant.com and have been using them for over a year and a half. I have recommended them to other Real Estate Voodoo and Virtual Wholesaling students … and they have ALL said that these VAs knew their stuff.

800 Numbers – I use AdTrakker. The prices are listed on the site, but they have plans as low as $20/month

What exactly do you use the VAs for? What should a beginner use the VAs for?

I use VAs for just about EVERYTHING! The only thing I don’t recommend you outsource is the actual negotiation part of the deal.

You can have VAs field calls for you, clear your voicemail from your seller and buyer leads, do comp research, load your deals up on your buyers website, etc

When I started outsourcing to VAs my business changed big time. If you haven’t already done so, I suggest you get your hands on a copy of The Four Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss. This book will really expand your mind as to what all you can outsource to VAs.

I read one thing here that I read twice and questioned. Day 2’s advice said you used http://www.adhotline.net/44193 for the 800-# and then today you advised using AdTrakker. Is there a difference between the two? or Why would you suggest 2 different avenues?

Can i use the Reverse prospective System here in the philippines???
usually, we don’t have that kind of phone where you can record message for the phone to automatically answer….

and do I need a website for me to use your buyer attracion system???(bonus # 4)

and in module 2- Generating Seller Leads- Do those source you said have leads here in the Philippines???

If you look hard enough I think you will find a voicemail system that works in the Philippines … it is a common tool for businesses.

You don’t NEED a website, but my investing methodology is built around leveraging systems and technology to allow you to work SMARTER. Having a website sure helps when it comes to attracting buyers, showing your properties, etc

The services I recommend are US based and do not have data for the Philippines, though I am sure if you call a real estate agent in your country they should be able to point you to a local version of the same services.

Our program is web based, and as long as you have access to the internet you can login and always find the program in the members area. BUT … if you have issues we have an awesome US-based customer support that can help you out.

I just wanted to ask you: I got a cross-marketing e-mail from
Andy Proper that offered me your “Lite” course for 77 bucks
but I could never find it anywhere–no follow-up e-mail or opt-in website
or anything. That just isn’t “Proper”
Any ideas?

Thanks for your comments on the REV stuff … I worked hard to make sure we were giving a ton of value for free!

As for Andy’s offer, it was for the Real Estate Voodoo program. It has so much training in the members area that we consider it a “lite” version of our $2000 Virtual Wholesaling program. Of course, there is much much more in the VW members area, btu the idea was to give an investor enough data to get started and to see how the “virtual” side of the business works so that if they wanted to pursue our business model full-on they would have an idea of what to expect in VW.

Maybe its just in my arwa but all the absentee owners that I talk
to are not motivated! I have talked to over 100 sellers and not 1 motivated
one yet, they all want market value or above. What should be my next step?
I am a member and have been following your steps but no deals yet.
